We have been noticing duplicate articles flooding the net. Here is one. Maybe all of them are due to the same reason (and maybe not). Note the article ID here is under both 1820 and 1821 (there are 2 articles here). Maybe it's due to the mailers that supposedly are better than ucbmail? (That was uncalled for, but I saw an opening based on the problem and the content of this article!) ------------------------------------------------- From mike%brl-vgr@sri-unix.UUCP Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969 Relay-Version: version B 2.10 5/3/83; site linus.UUCP Path: linus!genrad!mit-eddi!mit-vax!eagle!harpo!seismo!hao!hplabs!sri-unix!mike@brl-vgr From: mike%brl-vgr@sri-unix.UUCP Newsgroups: net.unix-wizards Subject: Re: What's better than ucbmail? As it comes, MSG is intended to interface with MMDF mail systems, as it expects mailboxes in your home directly, with messages separated with lines of four ^A s, but it probably could be easily hacked for other arrangements. Source upon request. It even has an "undigestify" feature, to tear apart ARPA Digests back into separate messages.
