[comp.windows.x] DefaultDepth does not return correct answer

    I am using color Sun 3/110 or 3/260 (unix 4.3 Bsd Sun OS 3.4)
    with depth of 8.  But
	DefaultDepth(dpy, DefaultScreen(dpy)) returns 1.

This is correct on the 3/110 (in standard configuration); it supports
*two* screens, and the default one is only 1-bit deep.  If you are
getting this result on a 3/260C, then it sounds like you are running
the server in strictly monochrome mode; check your server options
and your /dev entries.
