I've just got X11R3, and have tried to install it on a HP900/350 with HP-UX 6.2. As far as I can see from the README files etc. it should be possible to do this without any problems. Unfortunately, the compiler complains about the following missing include files: netinet/*.h netdb.h sys/socket.h I've found a 'socket.h' in /etc/conf/h, but the rest is missing. Do I need NS-ARPA or some other HP product to compile X, or is there any files missing from my tape? Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanx in advance, Helge. You need NS-ARPA. It will work fine then. Glenn Adams MIT AI Lab
