Other than somehow checking the new messages against the old ones (there is no article-ID on the arpanet; there is a message-ID, but it isnt required), theres nothing to be done about it here. The entire arpa info-micro list also saw those duplicates; some of the complaints from the arpanet even showed up on usenet.
