I am trying to install the Andrew toolkit - release 2. I am using the posting of Bill Janssen (comp.windows.x, Dec 29, 1988) as my guide. Everything he writes is easy to follow. Unfortunately, none of our makefiles, imakefiles or anything have the AndrewMakefiles dependencies in them! Bill says to move the Imakefile from the contrib subdirectory to the toolkit subdirectory - sorry no Imakefile in the contrib subdirectory. Do we have a munged version of the distribution tape (taken from the X11R3 tape)? Does CMU have a new release that is easier to install, and if so where can I ftp the source from?
