One project in my group is to bring the Input Synthesis Extension and TMON capability (done by George Sachs and Larry Woestman of HP Corvallis Workstation Operation) into our SUN MIT-server environment to support automated regression test of X-Window based applications. I would like to know how I can do the following: 1. to get the source of ISE/TMON form where? 2. to find out anyone who had done the ISE/TMON to SUN port. Moses Ling 201-615-5193

1. to get the source of ISE/TMON form where? Source to the Input Synthesis Extension is included in R3. HP is working on a "client exerciser" (formerly TMON) as part of the X Testing Consortium work. A preliminary version is, I believe, being distributed within that Consortium, but at present there is no intention to make it available to the public until the entire suite of software being developed by the Testing Consortium is complete (and the date for that is not yet determined). 2. to find out anyone who had done the ISE/TMON to SUN port. We haven't done the Sun-specific parts for ISE yet (although it's on our list).
