A quick look through the comp.sources.x archives on j.cc.purdue.edu doesn't show 'xfax', a program which is supposed to display fax images on-screen. If there's other archive sites accessable by FTP, I'd like to hear about them; I didn't xfax in any of the places I looked, namely scam.berkeley.edu, expo.lcs.mit.edu, gatekeeper.dec.com, and giza.cis.ohio-state.edu. Thanks to Peter Yee (yee@ames.arc.nasa.gov) and Mark Levine (yba@sabre.bellcore.com) who pointed out that xfax was a demo under X10. No sign of an X11 version yet. -- Edward Vielmetti, U of Michigan
