I blew it! I didn't realize that my 'Xterm Control Sequences' document was
for X10 until long after I posted my offer!
If anyone still want a copies, send me another letter and I'll be glad to
oblige you. Otherwise, I'm afraid I can't help. BTW, now that I'm aware
of my mistake, I'm working on a revised document for X11. I'll post it to
comp.windows.x when it's finished.
