[comp.windows.x] for future planning: xterm -L going away

jim@EXPO.LCS.MIT.EDU (Jim Fulton) (03/07/89)

A public service announcement for those who like planning (way) ahead:

As warned in the R3 release notes, the -L option to xterm (for starting X from
a 4.3bsd-style /etc/ttys file) is going away in R4. Site administrators should
plan accordingly.

Don't worry, be happy!
