I'm in the process of producing an X11 version of the X10 "Xterm Control
Sequences" document, and I need some help. I've run across a new sequence
for X11 xterm, and I don't know how to interpret it. The sequence reads
as follows:
ESC[<f>;<c>;<r>;<r1>;<r2>T #track mouse in range
where:
f = function: 0 disables feature; non-0 enables it.
c = start column
r = start row
r1 = 1st row
r2 = last row
It apparently has something to do with xterm interacting with emacs (an editor
which I don't use). This is all I know about it, and I don't understand
exactly what it's supposed to do.
If anyone is working with R2 or R3 xterm, and is familiar with this sequence,
I'd really appreciate it if you dropped me a note explaining it's function
and use. BTW, the document I'm working on will be based on R2, not R3.
Thanks in advance,
Mark F. Cook
