Does anybody have any data on the performance of MMDF vs. that of
uucp? I'm interested in connect time to accomplish a given task
(e.g. transfer 50 single-address letters of 1000 bytes each)
rather than cpu time and the like on either end. Any and all
data, objective or subjective, will be appreciated.
How about data for MMDF II? (Allegedly faster.)
If I find anything out, I'll summarize it back to this group. I've
sent a message similar to this off to the CSNET Information Center, if
they have any information on this, I'll forward that along as well.
