[comp.windows.x] dvi2x11, texx, xdvi on GPXs

If anyone has got any of the available TeX previewers to work on uvax/GPXs,
please let me know.  Some of the symptoms:

dvi2x11 - freezes the screen after the fonts are installed.  This may be
          related to the similar problem on uvaxes with installing large
	  monochrome bitmaps, xsetroot etc., but I haven't ever waited
	  long enough to find out.

texx (2.8) - blank screen, despite the fonts installed and in a known
	     location.

xdvi - Comes the closest: characters appear on screen but are badly garbled.

Ultrix 3.0, X113, all patches, Purdue.
