[net.news] Am I crazy, are we broken locally, or is this happening to you too?

There are a lot of artciles today that are supposed to have X lines in them,
where X is a big number like 54, that actually have 0, or maybe one
blank line. Net.books has at least 2 examples. Is this widespread?
