To be replaced with what? AWM? TWM?

BTW, I once heard that the `u' in `uwm' stood for `ugly'.
Perhaps there are official/unofficial names for uwm?
Is there any truth to that rumor?

As I recall, the 'u' originally stood for "Ultrix."  It was originally implemented for X10 and ported to X11.
