I have X11R3 running under A/UX 1.1. The X11R3 I'm using is the MIT release. I did not get X as an add-on product when upgrading to A/UX 1.1. All works fine except that I cannot seem to get color (such as using xsetroot -solid red). Maybe I have to make a color device under /dev. As far as I know, the MIT X11r3 server does not support color. For that you'll either have to get Apple's X11r3 server or wait for X11r4... -- William Kucharski ARPA: kucharsk@uts.amdahl.com UUCP: ...!{ames,decwrl,sun,uunet}!amdahl!kucharsk Disclaimer: The opinions expressed above are my own, and may not agree with those of any other sentient being, not to mention those of my employer. The Mac II server shipped in R3 does not have color support, sorry. You'll either have to figure out how to do it yourself, or hope someone else does, or buy X from Apple, or wait for the next release (whenever that is).
