Once again a notesfile system goes bananas
flooding usenet with old articles and old garbage.
This time it was zeppo's turn. Today we have received
more than 20 articles, some more than nine months old
from the usually quiet zeppo system.
What's to be done about this? This happens at least twice
a month. Why don't we just declare notesfile systems
assholic and turn them off the network while somebody
clears those bugs or misfeatures? This is really sick.
