We have started receiving old news in a new guise. A bunch of old articles have come through - all to net.general, I think, but I can't be sure - with the following return address: decvax!harpo!eagle!mhuxi!houxm!ihnp4!zehntel!hplabs!pesnta! Yes, there is a final "!" on there. Unlike the messages that seem to have been delayed for two weeks (or whatever), these show up with recent dates; one I just saw had a date of Fri Oct 14 on it. Any ideas? -- Jerry decvax!yale-comix!leichter leichter@yale

Something burped at pesnta last Friday night, and they dumped lots of stuff to net.general (and a few to a couple other newsgroups). Each article was "From: @pesnta.UUCP" with a pesnta message ID and date. You can use the expire -f option posted recently, or just rm anything containing @pesnta in net/general. Mark
