We have been looking at X-window terminals hanging off of a server as a cheap way to put a windowed interface on the desks of non- developers ( they are editor ) and I was wondering if anyone had a experience with these devices or any reasonable advice. The users will be access a number of different systems ( unix and ibm mainframe ) as well as do work locally on the servers cpu. Any ideas are welcome. Thank You.
