I have run into a problem using xpostit, and I am not sure if it is a bug, or just something that I am doing wrong. The problem is that when I save a note, and then restart xpostit, instead of placing the note in the same location, it just lets the window manager place it. I looked in the actual note file, and it is saving the correct geometry, but for some reason it does not place it correctly. I am using it in conjuction with twm, but have been able to reproduce the problem with uwm, so I don't think the window manager matters. Does anyone else have this problem, or any ideas what I am doing wrong?
