We are trying to establish an XrEvent dealing with the mouse's
middlebutton. This event should occure with every XrEditor instance.
(It seems that the MIT people didn't alter the Xr11 sources in fact
that there are some pieces of code dealing with the second or middle-
button, but where do we have to begin ?)
Is there anybody out there, who managed this problem and may give
us some hints or solutions ???
