Sometime back in March of this year we responded to an announcement of the West Coast Xarchive. The announcement gave information on getting X Window software with updates and bug fixes. Options were to dial in or to send tapes to have them returned. I'm just wondering if anyone else took the latter alternative and chose to send in tapes. We tried this in March. Then we followed up with at least 4 dozen phone calls to Jim Turner of Daisy Systems. Jim only returned one or two of our calls and then we never heard from him or our tapes again. I certainly don't hold xpert-request responsible. I'm sure Mr. Turner had good intentions. However, if this was becoming a burden, a short message returned with our blank tapes would have sufficed.
