I'm looking for a book or magazine article on the X-Windows interface. I need something more than "Here is a neet windowing interface you should get" and something less than how the internals are written. Ideally it should discuss what kind of features come with a normal implemantation (UNIX), ie: the clock display, pop-up calculator and MS-DOS interface if it is so equipped. An article that compares it with other "Windowing" interfaces would be great also. E-mail to me and If there is enough response, I'll sumarize to the net. Thanks, Greg ncelvax!greg@nosc.mil -- ___ Greg Ramsey _n_n_n____i_i ________ Naval Civil Engineering Lab (____________I I______I Code L54 805/ /ooOOOO OOOOoo oo oooo Port Hueneme, CA 93043 982-4619
