[comp.windows.x] {default|system}.uwmrc equivalent for DECwindows under VMS

	The subject line pretty much says it...does anyone know if there are
any "equivalent" files to UN*X (Ultrix) default.uwmrc or system.uwmrc for
DECwindows running under VMS (V5.1-B)?  I'd really like to be able to set up
some f.menu windows.
