Any takers? Well, its not exactly free, but remember that University SITE licenses for Motif source are $1000 -- and that shouldn't be a big strain for most Universities. Let me just add that I personally would welcome Sun following MIT's lead in making the source code of its new server freely available, with no royalties or licensing restrictions.
