If there's a nearby college with an EECS department there should be a bookstore near it with a reasonable technical selection. Also, there are many technical book mail order services. If you're in the ACM or IEEE Computer Society, you get lots of junk mail from them (I know I do). And I suspect some of the technical bookstores we mention will send books by mail.
