Hi, I'm looking for a ``smart menu'' widget to use in TeXx2. What I'd like to have is the ability to have all menu actions be handled by action tables. The goal is that the end-user would be able to fully customize their menus, as can be done now with translation tables. I, the application writer, would only need to provide a single clear interface via the action tables. Does anyone have a widget or set of widgets similar to this? I know that R4 will support a ``simple menu'' interface, but I believe those are pulldowns and they don't have the flexibility I'm envisioning.
