I may be doing something wrong, but Imakefiles for at least some of the usr.bin/tools/xview/... directories are not making use of the the Imakefile settings in /tools/xview. I updated the LIBRARY_DEST, etc parameters, ran imake and make Makefiles just like for the libraries. However, the individual tool Makefiles did not get the new parameters. I looked at their Imakefiles and found that the parameters are coded in them and no reference is made to the upper level Imakefile, so I just edited their Makefiles to be able to build the tools.
