[net.news] You've been inews -C'ed

Ah, I used inews -C to create a bunch of news groups missing here
(e.g., net.micro.hp) and forgot that it generates a control msg
for the net.  The possiblities are obvious.  Sorry if I screwed
anyone over on this...
