Set up is as follows: IBM RT 6152 running AOS 4.3 September 1988 Release 8514 Display and adapter with extended memory X11 R3 from MIT with latest IBM server fixes Someone recently tried to use xdpr to dump a window to one of our LaserWriters. This resulted in 'xpr: image is not in XY format'. So we tried the following: % xwd -out foo.xwd -xy After picking the window in question the sever freezes and will no longer accept any requests. Xwd only beeps once. You never get the double beep when it has finished. To get things going again requires killing off the Xibm server process and restarting everything. Has anyone successfully used xdpr/xwd/xpr on an IBM RT 6152 under AOS 4.3? Are there some patches I should know about? If you need more info drop me an e-mail message. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- Dan Ehrlich <ehrlich@cs.psu.edu> | "A message is not a message until the The Pennsylvania State University | rules for interpreting it are in the Department of Computer Science | hands of the reciever."
