[comp.windows.x] HP Widgets and Release 3

My research group is designing X-related software.  We are going to be
building on Xt and Widgets, where possible.  We would like to use the HP
Widget set.  Our site, however, has only Release 2 HP Widgets.  Our reference
text speaks of its examples being based on R3.

Questions:

1. Is there a Release 3 for HP Widgets?
2. Does this use its own Xt, or will the Consortium's R3 work?
3. Where can we get Release 3, if it exists.
