[comp.windows.x] Xice -- an interactive controller editor

ms@ethz.UUCP (Martin Steinmann ) (10/14/89)

During our diploma thesis work, we developed a interactive editor to
enter controller diagrams. It is based on the X-Tookit and the
Athena Widget set. Although developed under Xenix/Sys-V, we tried not
to put too many Sys-V dependencies into the code -- but we didn't have
the chance to test the portability of Xice.
The work is part of a larger project, with the goal of automatically
generating code for Digital Signal Processors.
The source for Xice is freely available. Interested parties could mail
to the address given above to find a way of distributing the source.
We would appreciate any information on the application and portablilty
of Xice.

I'd like to see xice, but I strongly doubt that my mailer will be able
to parse the addresss ms@ethz.UUCP.

Could you put the source somewhere that I can FTP from? Anywhere on
the internet is fine.
