After I sent out my last message, several people responded. Here are the additional responses. I have been told by Quality Software that their Q-Calc has been converted to run under X Window System(TM) and will be shown at the Unix Expo in New York. I plan to go down and check it out. I also plan to check out Uniplex's system also. If people are interested, I will post my opinions. ---------------------- Return-Path: lupine!mikeh@uunet.uu.net Received: by crdgw1.ge.com (5.57/Ultrix 3.0 (1.56)) id AA12989; Fri, 13 Oct 89 12:05:26 EDT Received: from lupine.UUCP by uunet.uu.net (5.61/1.14) with UUCP id AA04447; Fri, 13 Oct 89 12:05:44 -0400 Received: by lupine.ncd.com (5.52/4.7) id AA10664; Fri, 13 Oct 89 08:56:49 PDT Received: from MIKEH.DECnet MAIL11D_V3 by hamilton.ncd.com (5.57/Ultrix2.4-C) id AA25659; Fri, 13 Oct 89 08:55:33 PDT Date: Fri, 13 Oct 89 08:55:31 PDT Message-Id: <8910131555.AA25659@hamilton.ncd.com> From: lupine!mikeh@uunet.uu.net (mikeh) To: mikeh@uunet.uu.net, hamilt..uejiowh@uunet.uu.net Subject: spreadsheets You should contact Quality Software Products at 213 659 1560. They have shown a product called Xqcal that is a pretty good X spreadsheet, but not available quite yet. Mike Harrigan Network Computing Devices, Inc. mikeh@ncd.com (415) 694-0650
