For those with a Need To Know: We at RedZone Robotics have acquired an XDS-19. It works fine, and is reasonably fast. We are only running 1M so far. It installed very easily. We couldn't figure out one thing, and called. They gave us the answer immediately. Their service response has been excellent. There's just this one thing- When we took it out of the shipping box, it rattled. We opened it up to see why, and discovered that some little plastic screws that hold the PC board in place were broken and the board was flopping around. Also, the CPU chip was falling out of its socket. And there were five tiny little bubbles in the screen glass. We replaced the screws and the chip, and it ran fine. We called, and they sent out replacements same day. This monitor only had two or three, very tiny little bubbles. The PC board also had broken screws, and the CPU chip was missing completely. Oops. We intend to keep our original base, and the new monitor. The bubbles are too tiny to bother with. If anybody wants to travel to South Side to look at it, we're here.
