I am looking for a way to obtain source code for PEX.
Please let me know who offers this and how I may contact them.

I don't know anyone offering PEX source code at this point.  There is a sample
implementation of PEX being done by the X Consortium, but it isn't scheduled
for public release until around the end of 1990.
