I'm running MIT's X11r3 Xsun with Purdue2.0/2.1 speedups on a Sun4. It starts out with about 600k of data+stack, but grows to over 3M during a day or so of usage, even after terminating all clients started up in the meantime. I'm not familiar at all with the innards of Xsun, but it seems it might be leaking memory somewhere.
