I remember some one mentioning that there was a "hello world" type program for CLX - was that a question or did someone actually do it? If so I would really like to see it - in fact if ANYONE has done ANYTHING in CLX it would help A GREAT DEAL if we could see it. Id there anybody out there, pleeeeze? We need to do some stuff in LISP and there is zero documentation. Was anyne at the X + LISP BOF that might comment on what was said there??? ANy help is appreciated greatly. Greetings! We are running an application (using CLX) which creates numerous windows. At somewhat random intervals (though it does appear to be affected by time) destroying a window destroys the window, the window manager, and the server! (We are using the MIT server and uwm) Have you heard of anything like this before? It doesn't seem to make sense why one call to XLIB:destroy-window works fine, and another takes out the server! Any information on this would be MUCH appreciated. If you've not heard anything like this before, maybe you have a name and address that we could contact to learn more. I thank you for any time and effort extended on our behalf. Oswald P. Backus IV csvax.cs.ukans.edu
