Is there a standard benchmark people are using for measuring X performance on various workstations? Is anybody keeping a list of results? I use x11perf, available on expo:/contrib/x11perf.tar.Z. But then, I wrote most of the tests in it. A new version should be available soon, with tests for a lot more X graphics requests than the current version. - Joel McCormack (decwrl!joel, joel@decwrl.dec.com)
