I am developing an Authoring System using X windows. In particular, widgets. I am not able to read a text file in the buffer of the HP widgets by using the Textedit widget nor am I able to read in a text file in the Athena widgets by way of the Asciidisk widget. I have read the mauals on the HP and Athena widgets which states that the commands will work, ... but on the Apollo system that I am using ... It is not working! Any suggestions?!?!?!?
