Is there an easy way to video tape X graphics output? It would seem that since one has a wide range of choice of X displays, there would be one that would be easy to video tape. -- Ken Mandelberg | km@mathcs.emory.edu PREFERRED Emory University | {decvax, gatech}!emory!km UUCP Dept of Math and CS | km@emory.bitnet NON-DOMAIN BITNET Atlanta, GA 30322 | Phone: (404) 727-7963

The converters are normally inexpensive since the vsync/hsync rates on the standard amiga are ntsc compatible. More expensive converters have other features like genlocking the X window graphics on top of live video and allowing one to retape the result. Megagraphics of Camarillo, CA, makes a board for the Macintosh which allows you to take off an NTSC signal. Peter Scott (pjs@grouch.jpl.nasa.gov)
