I'm trying to get x running on my sparc-1's. So far, I can do all the X stuff like run the Xsun program and use the startx shell script to get xterms and the like, but there are some programs which just die. Uwm works fine, but twm doesn't. If I have a .twmrc (I copied the sample one that comes with it), it ignores any keyboard input. The menus all work fine. Other programs, like xpostit, crash with segmentation faults. I haven't tried running these on an ordinary sun4 yet, I'm hoping that someone else has seen these problems and can tell me what to look at. Finally, I also need the patches to Xsun to drive the CG9 24 bit frame buffer. We have four of them and we want to use X on all the machines. Thank you, please help. -- Rodney
