Hello, I'm looking for a public domain, free, or shareware implementation of the X Window System for PC's. In particular, I've been trying to find an X server for a 80386-based machine with a high res monitor (Wyse WY7190). Thanks in advance and Peace, Mike -- Michael D. I don't know of anything free, but with a weird monitor like that, your best bet is to probably look for a program which runs under MS Windows (you DO have a MS Windows driver, don't you?). There is one but I forget whose. I would be very surprised if you would find an X server with a special driver for your weird monitor. -- Phil Ngai, phil@diablo.amd.com {uunet, decwrl, ucbvax}!amdcad!phil Washington D.C. is the murder capital of the nation.
