[comp.windows.x] seetex tar

grunwald@FOOBAR.COLORADO.EDU (Dirk Grunwald) (12/22/89)

has been replaced. People pointed out that it didn't compile on X11R3,
because it was expecting an X11R4beta configuration. I got it to
compile under the Ultrix `mit' version of X11R3 (no mean feat, that)
save for two run-time problems. (1) you'll get conversion warnings
for string -> float conversion. You can ignore them. [or find a float
-> string converter] (2) under DECwindows, at least, it hangs in
XtSystem (my routine) on a call to XtRemoveInput - I can't see why. If
anyone has any clues, please let me know.
