Keep trying.  It's kind of similar to call-in contests where you have
to keep dialing the number in order to get through to the talk show host :-)

Early returns:  the compressed image is about 59 Mbytes.  The entire
unbuilt distribution is probably going to be about 150 (I'm in the
process of untarring it right now, and I think I'm less than halfway
through).
