Or you can get the XView toolkit, based on OPEN LOOK, from the X11R4
distribution.  Not "free", but free.  No licensing costs whatsoever.

Also available is the OPEN LOOK window manager, which is not based on
any toolkit (and so is quite small), and is intended to be a model
of an ICCCM-compliant window manager.

Please report bugs on either of these free software products to
xviewbugs@sun.com.  This code will be maintained and updated.
