Advance tickets are now available for the Oregon International
Airshow, to be held in Corvallis, Oregon on the weekend of August 18th
and 19th. This year's airshow will be the best ever with such exciting
acts as:
The Great American Flying Circus - featuring 'The Daring Damsels'
and their amazing wingwalking.
The Northern Knights - Breathtaking dual aerobatic act in Pitts
Specials
Osterud Aviation Airshow - Robert and Joann Nottke in a dynamite
husband and wife aerial demonstration.
Krashbern T. Throttlebottom and 'Ace' the wonder dog.
Dick VanGrunsven's RV-3 and RV-4.
John Shackelford
Aerobatics by Ben Hall in his North American F-86 Sabre.
Military Demonstrations.
Skydiving by Aerial Expressions.
Radio-controlled aircraft demos by the Linn-Benton RC Club.
A carnival for the kids.
. . . and many, many more thrills and excitement! Also included
will be static displays by the military, homebuilts, the Experimental
Aircraft Association, and commerical manufacturers.
Advance tickets are good for both days of the airshow! You get two
exciting days for the price of one!
Ticket Prices:
Adults: $5.00
Seniors(65 and up): $2.00
Children(5 to 12) : $2.00
Children under 5 : FREE
All tickets may be purchased with an optional stub good for one day
of grandstand seating, for an additional $3.00. The stub may be redeamed
on either day of the airshow, and if grandstand seating is desired for
both days, seating may be purchased on the other day for $3.00 at the
grandstand itself.
Advance tickets will be available until the 16th of August only.
You may purchase tickets at locally advertised outlets throughout the
Willamette Valley, or send a check or money order, along with a self-
addressed, stamped envelope to:
