[comp.windows.x] Example Motif Programs

dayoung@hplabsz.HPL.HP.COM (Doug A. Young) (01/10/90)

I've just placed the sources to the examples from the Motif edition of
my Xt book on expo. It is in ~ftp/contrib/young.motif.tar.Z. Once you
retrieve the code, uncompressing and untarring the file will create a
directory for each chapter in the book, along with a short README, a
master Makefile, etc. The book is supposed to become available this
week, although I've not yet seen a copy myself. Quantum Books in
Cambridge (617-494-5042) is hoping to have a supply on hand for the X
conference next week. I appreciate the fact that Prentice Hall has
continued to allow (and encourage) me to make this code freely
available. Feel free to redistribute it to any other locations that
would be appropriate. I'd appreciate bug reports, which can be sent to
me at dayoung@hplabs.hp.com. I'll try to update the files periodically
if any significant bugs or problems turn up.
