The popup notice that is displayed when you try to inc mail is not
displaying the correct message. Instead of

inc: no mail to incorporate

I get

inc: no mail t

looking at the code, it seems that the correct message is being passed
to XSetArg, to be assigned to the XtNvalue resource, but that the dialog
widget is not displaying it correctly. Anybody got a fix for this?

[We're running X11R4 under HP-UX 6.5 on an HP9000/340]

This is a (known) bug in the text widget that has been around for a long time,
which I did not have a chance to fix for release 4.  

BTW: 	Clicking on the text will cause it to resize so you can see the entire
	message.
