Hi netters, I am intrested in developing a user interface for a design application similar to the example given in Johson & Reichard book.I am planning to use a viewport widget and below it i could use a simple Window or a box Widget in which i would draw.In the former case i would be programming more at the xlib level while in the later at the toolkit level.Could some one tell me which method would be more useful in terms of ease of overall development and eventhandling, etc. All replies and experences will be appreciated.Sorry for this basic question. ad Email:aditya@cs.uh.edu XXX and more X.
