I know that this is a little bit odd, but...

I'm trying to bind a function key to f.move.  It doesn't work at all.
No, I'm not trying to move a window with a key, I'm just trying to
make use of the side effects.  If this worked, it would raise the
window and since I have DontMoveOff set, move the window completely
onto the screen.

While I'm at it, it would be nice to have a variable DontPlaceOff
(analogous to DontMoveOff), which would prohibit windows from being
placed off screen.
