From what I've experienced our performance speed is as good or better than the standard MIT Sun monochrome server provided in XR3 using a NFS mounted Sun 3/50 workstation. Not that either are anything to brag about, but acceptable. Not running Purdue speedups on either. Going to load XR4 in the near future, so we'll see if thats any help. Oh yes, since I'm clueless, obviously my thoughts do not represent my employers.... Aside to Micheal Sullivan... We're in Pasadena if you want to come and take a look.
